Email support@tillside.co and a person will reply. There is no account, so tell us which iPhone model and iOS version you are on, and what you tapped just before the problem.
Export
Settings, then Export, writes a CSV of every shift you have ever logged and hands it to the iOS share sheet. It is free and not limited to the last 30 days. If the share sheet fails, free up some storage and try again; the file is written on your device before it is shared.
iCloud backup
Tillside mirrors your shifts to the private database in your own iCloud account when iCloud is on for the app. If Settings shows that iCloud is off, your data is safe on this iPhone only; turn on iCloud in the iOS Settings app to add the backup. We cannot see, read or restore your iCloud data, which is the point.
Deleting your data
Settings, then Delete all data, removes every shift and job from this iPhone after you type the confirmation word. It cannot be undone, so export first if you want a copy. The app also attempts to remove the records from your iCloud account. If iCloud cannot be reached, cloud records may remain. Local deletions may be transmitted to iCloud by later synchronization while the app remains installed. Deleting the app on its own leaves the iCloud copy in place, so previously synced records can return after reinstalling with the same Apple Account and iCloud enabled. First use Delete all data, keep the app installed, reconnect to iCloud and allow time for synchronization before deleting the app. The app does not show a separate confirmation that deletion from iCloud has completed.
Insights
Pro charts need five shifts, because a pattern from fewer is noise. Free users see sample charts blurred from the start, and after five shifts the card in front carries their own best-day sentence. The weekday bars are your average hourly rate for that day, so a big-total Saturday can rank below a short, busy Thursday, which is the point of dividing.
Reminders
The nightly reminder is per job, off by default, and offered once after three shifts. Turn it on or off, or change the time (23:00 to start with), in the job's settings. It fires only on nights with no shift logged at that job; a shift at a different job does not silence it. If notifications are off for Tillside in iOS Settings, the switch cannot fire anything; turn them on there first.
Widget
Add it from the home-screen widget gallery: small shows week-to-date, medium adds your last shift, and the plus opens the New Shift sheet. It reads the same store as the app and refreshes when you save. It does not sync on its own; if iCloud brings in a shift from another device, open the app once and the widget catches up.
Lifetime unlock and subscriptions
Tillside Pro is sold by Apple as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-off lifetime unlock from the link at the bottom of the paywall. Manage or cancel a subscription in the iOS Settings app under your Apple Account, then Subscriptions, or use Restore purchases on the paywall if a purchase is not showing. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; we never see your payment details and cannot issue refunds ourselves.
Privacy
Tillside shows no advertising and does not send your private shift records to us. It sends optional usage signals through TelemetryDeck (the name of an action and a few one-word attributes, never a figure you typed). The library adds device and usage information. Turning off Share anonymous usage data in Settings prevents new usage signals, including the library’s own session signals. Previously recorded usage signals may still be sent, including after the app restarts. The full privacy policy is short enough to read.
